Highly Recommended!

I can honestly say, dealing with Mick and his team is like dealing with a trusted member of your own family or your best friend. I have had ducted air conditioning installed in the past and while I was more than happy with my previous experience, and had my previous installer quote the installation in my new home, Air Assist NSW offered more!

Complications involving the electricity supply were sorted and my wishes regarding the placement of ducting within wardrobes were accommodated without a fuss. Mick kept in regular email contact throughout the process and at all times I felt like I was kept in the loop in terms of what was happening and when.

Installation took less time than anticipated with minimal disruption in the home. The team cleaned up afterwards and my home was left the same way they found it before the installation……except that visually, I now had well placed air conditioning vents and control panels. The quality of the work and Mick’s attention to my needs and concerns was exceptional.

I would have no hesitation recommending Air Assist NSW to anyone wanting to have air conditioning installed. If you want to deal with a company you can trust to do the right thing by you, then go with these guys.

I was very impressed with the service and quality of workmanship I received from Air Assist NSW. The layout of my apartment presented a complicated and difficult installation. The refrigerant pipes, electrical cables and drain went from the indoor unit through two double brick walls and a built-in wardrobe in order to connect to the split system outdoor unit on the balcony. The installation was very neat and was completed in an efficient and professional manner.
